Most services offered by the American Council of Training and Development LLC consist of digital educational content, including online courses, training materials, certifications, or downloadable resources.

By completing a purchase and accessing the digital content immediately after payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • delivery of the digital service begins immediately after purchase, and

  • once access to the digital content has been granted, the right of cancellation may no longer apply where permitted by applicable law.


3. Services and Certifications

For training programs, certification services, or accreditation-related services:

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase, and

  • the participant has not completed a significant portion of the program, and

  • no certificate or official documentation has been issued.

Once certification or documentation has been issued, the service will be considered fully delivered.


4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a duplicate transaction or billing error occurs, a full refund for the duplicate amount will be issued after verification.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institutions involved.


6. Abuse or Fraud Prevention

Refund requests may be declined if there is evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the refund policy.
